4. After a few seconds, your real-time measurements will start appearing on the screen, with final results available in approximately 70 seconds.
5. Explore your personal trends and historical data directly within the application.

How to Use the App for Continuous Checks:

1. Log in to the application.
2. Follow the in-app directions to connect your Polar Verity Sense™ via Bluetooth®.
3. Select either "Single" or "Continuous" checks, and your monitoring will commence accordingly.
4. Analyze your personal trends and historical data conveniently within the application interface.
