<p>Binah Check is a wellness monitoring app that allows users to measure vital signs quickly and easily using their smartphone, iPad, or an external PPG sensor. The app utilizes rPPG technology for contactless spot checks through the front-facing camera of your device, as well as the Polar Verity Sense™ for continuous monitoring.</p>

<p>Binah Check seamlessly integrates measurement data into Apple HealthKit, providing users with a comprehensive view of their health metrics.</p>

<h3>How to Use the App for Contactless Spot Checks:</h3>
<ol>
  <li>Log in to the application.</li>
  <li>Position yourself in front of the mobile device's front-facing camera.</li>
  <li>Initiate the measurement by tapping the button and keep your face within the camera's view throughout the process.</li>
  <li>After a few seconds, your real-time measurements will start appearing on the screen, with final results available in approximately 70 seconds.</li>
  <li>Explore your personal trends and historical data directly within the application.</li>
</ol>

<h3>How to Use the App for Continuous Checks:</h3>
<ol>
  <li>Log in to the application.</li>
  <li>Follow the in-app directions to connect your Polar Verity Sense™ via Bluetooth®.</li>
  <li>Select either "Single" or "Continuous" checks, and your monitoring will commence accordingly.</li>
  <li>Analyze your personal trends and historical data conveniently within the application interface.</li>
</ol>

<p>The application extracts vital signs exclusively from a small facial skin patch without capturing identifiable features like eyes. This information is processed instantaneously without storage or transmission to external servers.
