<h3>How to Use the App for Contactless Spot Checks:</h3>

  <li>Log in to the application.</li>
  <li>Position yourself in front of the mobile device's front-facing camera.</li>
  <li>Initiate the measurement by tapping the button and keep your face within the camera's view throughout the process.</li>
  <li>After a few seconds, your real-time measurements will start appearing on the screen, with final results available in approximately 70 seconds.</li>
  <li>Explore your personal trends and historical data directly within the application.</li>

<h3>How to Use the App for Continuous Checks:</h3>

  <li>Log in to the application.</li>
  <li>Follow the in-app directions to connect your Polar Verity Sense™ via Bluetooth®.</li>
  <li>Select either "Single" or "Continuous" checks, and your monitoring will commence accordingly.</li>
  <li>Analyze your personal trends and historical data conveniently within the application interface.</li>
